Custom or personalized items: Require additional processing time, which will be noted at checkout or on the product listing.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

Craft Supplies & Non-Custom Items
Unused craft supplies and non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified timeframe after delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within a limited time after purchase if processing or production has not yet begun. Once a custom item is in production, cancellations may not be possible.
