All material on this site, including for example images, illustrations, patterns, promotions, ect. are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled either by Colorful Impressions®, or by third parties who have licensed their material to Colorful Impressions®. Material from Colorful Impressions® may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial, home use is a violation of the copyrights and other property rights held by Colorful Impressions®, or affiliated companies. Nothing in this site grants to you any license or right to use any material displayed on this site without the written permission of the owner or Colorful Impressions®. Your use or misuse of any material displayed on this site, or any other content on this site, is strictly prohibited.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.  All custom made items are just that and there are material costs involved therefore payment is due in-advance. Some products may not be physically on-hand and are purchased from our distributor so funds are needed to secure the sale.

Return Policy:

Items purchased online from ColorfulImpressions.net website may be returned directly to our return center for exchange or refund within a 14 day period from the date you receive your order. Due to the abuse of our return policy, Faux Stained Glass Window Clings & Films are Non-Refundable.

To return items, contact us by email at sales@colorfulimpressions.net or by phone (253)583-4898.
M-Sat 10-7 and Sunday 12-5 Pacific Time to obtain a return authorization number. Items should be returned in unopened original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund of the full purchase price including shipping will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.
Items must be in non-damaged condition in order to receive a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund return shipping charges. No credit will be given for lost or returned packages and non-returnable items returned to us. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method when returning items as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COLORFUL IMPRESSIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OR DAMAGE THEREOF OF ANY WINDOW FILM OR CLING AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE.

We ship Within the US and to Canada. International buyers, please email for a shipping rate if your country is not listed.
